Law Firm Marketing - Senior Account Manager

As one of the fastest growing Law Firm Internet Marketing specific advertising agencies, we are looking to add to our growing national sales team. This position will be responsible for managing a current book of accounts, upselling these accounts, and selling new business from referrals.

You should take solace in knowing we aren’t simply looking for someone to pass a few troubled accounts to. We wanting the right candidate to be worthy of our top clients who love us, and who have been with us for years.

The right candidate will live in the Virginia Beach, VA, Richmond, VA, Raleigh-Durham, NC, Fairfax or VA/Washington DC markets. If you have prior experience selling digital marketing, legal research or other related business development tools to law firms and attorneys, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertly manage a book of our best current accounts
  • Provide our clients with reporting and detailed analysis on an on-going monthly basis
  • Be the main point of contact for our accounts assigned to you
  • Deliver industry solid advice to clients about their existing marketing activities
  • Call on (new business) Law Firms presenting our unique online marketing solutions generated from referrals
  • Provide expert level customer service
  • Structure, develop and manage a sales pipeline using our CRM
  • Social media networking in our FB and LI groups
  • Attend in-person and virtual legal conferences as necessary

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years inside/outside sales experience, preferably in digital media, internet marketing and/or technology sales to law firms and attorneys. A law degree gets you bonus points.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas on a regular basis
  • Experience in low volume relationship-based selling and consulting
  • Strong presentation skills – both online and in person
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong overall leadership qualities – you should be a natural leader
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Law Firm Marketing Consultant

If you have prior experience selling marketing, research or other related business development tools to law firms and attorneys, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Call on Law Firms presenting our unique online marketing solutions
  • Develop new accounts while servicing existing business
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with marketing in your DMA
  • Provide expert level customer service
  • Structure, develop and manage a sales pipeline – use of SalesForce
  • Social media networking

Experience:

  • 5-10 years inside/outside sales experience, preferably in digital media, internet marketing and/or technology sales to law firms and attorneys. A law degree gets you bonus points.
